my t-mobile web and walk stick makes my laptop crash when i use add ons (like java) on the internet,? help?
ive had so many problems with it.
It also loses internet and keeps me on 'local connection' so i cant do anything. I only realised it was the web and walk stick because i get a message to say it has been disconnected, and then my laptop crashes, ive had to restore factory settings twice because of this problem. I also cannot view images in detail, they are slightly blurred.
PLEASE help me, i phoned T-mobile who claim they have no idea what could be wrong, and i also phoned dell who made my laptop (thinking maybe it was a fault with that) and it wasn't.
How do i use the web and walk stick and also use add ons without it crashing? i also want to know how to view images in better quality.

Here's your problem.....
#1 addons like java - 1 of 2 things is happening, chances are its pulling the java file down and the "crash" is because your dell won't see anythign wrong....so its not crashing its just creeeeeeeping slowwwwwlllllyyyy....
It also loses internet and keeps me on local connection so you can't do anything
(your experience is the same as everyone else who has one of these, where you get no reception, you get no internet, thats a fact of life, get used to it)....it reverts to a local connection because that is the default setting with no reception
Your laptop crashes? do you mean blue screen of death or just freezes and you have to restart? The crash is a hangup because the computer is responding slowly thats all.
You've had to restore factory settings twice? WTF are you doing on the web...jesus, no peripheral in the world, especially USB causes your operating system to corrupt, thats pretty much unheard of in the world...
You cannot view images in detail and they are slightly blurred...

Your Dell screen sucks major ass
The picture has been minimized to fit inside the window, a click on it wtih the mouse and the eyeglass symbol should expand it to full quality
Picture clarity has nothing to do with your internet....
